How much will it cost?
Every project is different, so we never quote from a brochure. After a conversation by phone or in person, we price your real scope, your materials and your timeline, and you get it in writing.
Is the estimate free?
A phone consultation is always free. An on site estimate visit is a flat $50. It keeps our schedule open for serious projects, and it means you get a careful, accurate scope instead of a guess.
Do I get a written contract?
Yes. Every project over $1,000 is covered by a written contract that lists the work, materials, price, payment schedule, dates and your right to cancel. Smaller jobs always get a written estimate.
Is cleanup included?
We build it in by default because a finished project should feel finished. If you would rather handle cleanup yourself, just tell us and we will leave it out.
Can you work fast?
Yes. We can add crews and run morning, midday and evening shifts. It takes extra coordination and the right people available, so we will explain what a rush timeline involves.
What about plumbing and electrical?
Those trades are performed by licensed professionals in our partner network, and we coordinate everything for you. For plumbing emergencies we answer around the clock.
Can you build something truly custom?
Yes. Our fabrication partner builds one of one doors, wall systems, offices, lobbies, cabinetry and furniture to your design. Custom pieces take longer to make, and we plan around that.
Do you work outside New Jersey?
Our hands on renovation work is centered in New Jersey. Our custom woodwork and cabinetry can be delivered and installed anywhere in the United States.
Do you work in older homes?
Yes. For homes built before 1978 we follow federal lead safe work practices.
