These terms apply to your use of urbnix.com and audit.urbnix.com (the "sites"), operated by RV LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("RV LLC", "Urbnix", "we").

Information only

Content on the sites is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice for your situation, and it is not an offer that can be accepted. Services are provided only under a written agreement signed by RV LLC and the client, and that agreement controls.

Quotes and availability

Descriptions of services are examples. Scope, price and timing are set in a written proposal. We may change or withdraw services at any time.

Your messages

When you send a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. We use it to answer you, as described in our privacy notice.

Intellectual property

The sites, their text, design, code, the Urbnix wordmark and the RV crest belong to RV LLC. You may view and share links to the sites; you may not copy, republish or reuse their content or marks without written permission.

Partners and third parties

Some services are delivered with vetted partners, and the sites may link to third-party websites. Partners named on the sites are independent businesses. Legal services are provided only by independent licensed law firms, never by Urbnix or RV LLC.

No warranty, limited liability

The sites are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, RV LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the sites or reliance on their content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and disputes about them belong in the courts of New Jersey.
